I went shopping!

By myself. It was heaven! I looked at every piece of clothing, treated myself to Dairy Queen after I was done shopping.

I managed to spend my entire gift card at Old Navy and $1.48 of my own money. I showed Jade all of my purchases last night, he looked at me and said, "so, how much extra did you spend??" He was shocked when I told him. I didn't buy anything regular price. They had a TON of sales going on.

I did stop by Children's Place to pick up Reyna a couple of shirts. I know, like she needs anymore. When Jade & I shopped for Reyna last month, we bought her two pairs of yoga capri's. I didn't pick up any shirts to match one of the pairs. Since they are having a HUGE sale, I decided to snag a couple of things for her.

So, I bought myself:

• 1 brown bag that I will use as a diaper bag/purse
• 2 pairs of flip flops
• 1 pair of khaki capri's
• 1 sleeveless sweater
• 1 pair of pj's
• 4 (I think) shirts

I managed to get Reyna:

• 5 shirts from Old Navy
• 2 shirts from Children's Place

Oh, Jade got a couple of things too:

• 1 Graphic Tee
• 1 oatmeal colored hooded zip up sweatshirt

A few things that I learned while shopping by myself yesterday

• I have become so stinkin' cheap since I have had Reyna. Before Reyna, I had no problem spending a good amount of money one one article of clothing or shoes. Now, I love bargains. I still spend good money on shoes, though.
• Even though I had an awesome time by myself, I still missed Reyna. I know, I am crazy.
• I am getting old!!! I was people watching and so many girls are barely clothed anymore. They might as well saved their money on clothes and left home in their undies and bras. That's how bad it is!
• I will never and I repeat NEVER buy a stroller for a dog and push her around Macy's while makeup shopping. I spotted a stroller yesterday and couldn't figure out how it was so compact. Well, it was for a dog. OMG.
