Yesterday, I had the day off. I decided it was time to discover play-doh and she actually did quite well. I caught her "tasting" it a couple of times, but I told her it's to play with not to eat and she listened. We also colored, which we have been doing for a little while now. Leave it to my daughter, but she likes to organize her crayons more than she does coloring. Gee, wonder where she gets that from?!?! :) Another activity she has been engaging in lately? Puzzles. She loves puzzles. I am going to get her a couple more because she can do all the ones she has. It's so funny, she has this one where it's animals and match the correct piece to them. All of the pieces are the same, they are just different animals. She will put the piece in the wrong spot on purpose just to say, "nope" and put it in the right spot and say "yep." Where does she come up with this stuff??
Oh, the picture that you are probably laughing at and wondering why Reyna is making that crazy face. Well, that is her "funny face." She just started doing it a few weeks ago. Now, when you tell her to make her face she will do it. It's so funny.

Hey you might have one crafty little girl! She is so cute.
Have a great weekend!
Morgan STILL tastes the freaking play dough! And he's 3! I'm not a really a play dough person though so I make him do it at daycare - mean mommy! LOL
Her expression is too funny!
The puzzle must be the funniest thing to watch:) Pb likes to eat the crayons and the color wonder markers. I might have to try the playdough.
oh how cute! I miss her! Im so glad you posted pictures. Looks like she had a great time doing some crafts!
I love crafts! I did those plastic peg things you melt with the iron with my neice yesterday. I just bought Grace the toddler big crayons. I can't wait until she is old enough to do more crafts. If I can get her to sit still long enough!
I love the new face..... LOVE IT! She's so adorable. I'm always impressed with crafty moms. I'm so NOT crafty!!!!! Good thing Ally has a craft Aunt! :-)
reyna is so cute! and way to go on the crafts. i am so NOT crafty. sorry to hear that your sciatic is bothering you..
i LOVE that first shot - her face is priceless! tucker loves to color and play playdoh. those are staples here (i think the playdoh is doing something to the finish of my table actually - beware)!
I must admit that I am the EXACT same way! My kids just don't have the attention span for arts and crafts, and it drives me nuts to get all the stuff out, just for them to lose interest after 5 minutes and then drag markers and paint all over the house! I am getting better and finding that they really can last more than 5 minutes if I actually relax and let them do their thing! I love the pictures - the face is ADORABLE!
That is too funny that she likes to organize her crayons, I love it. And that funny face is hilarious!
That first picture is awesome! ha ha ha
We just pulled out the playdough recently for the first time. I was all excited for him to use it and he lost interest very quickly. The same goes with the crayons.
What a silly face! I love it!
The girls LOVE playdoh, why wouldn't they? It ends up everywhere though!
I can't get Bianca to focus on a puzzle for the life of me. Annika on the other hand has always loved them!
I love her Crazy Silly Face!!! And for the organizing the crayons. Hmmmmmm, where did she get that??? :O
My kids will probably be the same way. You know my mom said as soon as I learned how to crawl and lift myself up to furniture I would crawl around with a wash cloth in my mouth dusting the furniture. haha
