NaBloPoMo

Yes, I am jumping on the bandwagon and giving this a shot. I tried last year, but didn't make it very far. Anyone else up for it?
Last Monday, I decided to do a "Muffin Tin Monday" lunch. It was our first time and Reyna loved it. She had
White rice, Mandarin Oranges, Green beans, Dip for her cucumbers, Cucumbers and little pieces of Pork from our pork chops the night before.
We'll give it another go tomorrow.

I love muffin tin meals and so do the kids. So easy and yet the devour them. We do this every once in a while and it's always a hit!
