2 year stats

Reyna had her well baby checkup on Friday. Luckily, they were able to get her in the day before her birthday. I like to make sure her appointments are right around the time they should be.

At two years Reyna,

• weighed in at a whopping 21.7 pounds! Yeah, she is itty bitty.
• was 33 inches tall. She grew two inches since her last checkup.
• still sleeps good. 7:30-7:30. Loves her bedtime routine @ night. Books, brush teeth, watching her stars on the ceiling. I hope her sleep habits continue.
• Weather 18-24 months and some 2t stuff. Length wise, she fits a 2T, but not her little waist. Thank goodness for adjustable waists.
• Continues to love cats. She adores Kramer. She likes to cover him up with her blankey and lay on top of him. He is very tolerable of her.
• Talking in 3 and four word sentences. Too many words to list.
• Speaking of talking, she is a parrot. We are definitely watching what we say.
• She says "I love you." It just melts my heart.
• Is getting pretty good at throwing a good ol' fashion fit. It's dramatic and quite funny.
• Isn't much of a TV watcher, but likes to have Mickey Mouse Clubhouse as "background noise."
• Is still a pretty good eater. She loves fruit, veggies (especially cucumbers) and pasta. She isn't a huge meat eater. Everytime you ask her what she wants to eat, the answer is either blueberries or oatmeal. She loves both.

It's hard to believe we are parents of a 2 year old. Time has gone by so fast. Everyday, she gets more and more independant. I would like to freeze time just for a little while.
