I know I have mentioned before, but I get in such a rut with snacks around here. I am always looking for new snack ideas. I picked up some pita bread (for sandwiches) @ Meijer the other day. Here's how else I used them:
Heat oven to 300
Cut bread into triangle's
Spread butter on them, sprinkle fresh parm. cheese
Top with a little oregano
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
I used ranch as a dipping sauce, but pizza sauce would be good, too. Reyna loved them and so did I. (Big shocker that I enjoyed them, right? I mean, it's food. These days, anything goes. hahaha)

We do this only we cut them out with cookie cutters and make fun farm animals!
You should definitely make my energy bars as a snack! I plan to post the recipe on my blog soon. They make a great snack and/or meal replacement!
did you still want to meet in the morning? I'll check my email before I take Austin to school
