Jade & I enjoyed an evening out sans the girls. We enjoyed good food and wine and an actual adult conversation during dinner. I need to start remembering to schedule more date nights. At least once a month.
How often do you and your hubby/spouse schedule date night?
Once again, I am definitely lacking content tonight. I am tired and ready for bed. I might get a little ambitious and post some pic's tomorrow. :)

When Lukas turned 2, we started to try to do 1 night a week for 'date night'. Usually was every Tuesday night, so then restaurants and theaters, malls werent too busy. We kind of stopped that since Brady has been born, but really should get ourselves back into that. At least, maybe every other week. It just seems like there is sooo much going on and we are always doing or planning something. Like there isnt enough 'down time' to feel like we can plan something like that. But it needs to be done. :) Glad you enjoyed your dinner date wit Jade!

my hubby and i don't get out nearly enough - alone. usually if we go out, it's to meet up with friends.

we're so bad at this! Honestly in the 2 years since Maeve has been born I think we've gone out to dinner by ourselves maybe 4 or 5 times. I know- completely crazy! The last time we went by ourselves it was to Darryls and the entire time we were like "OMG we have to do this on a regular basis!" Who knows what will happen when baby #2 gets here... I am hoping we can do a once a month type thing or something...
