5 months

Someone please tell me why time is going by so fast? Yesterday, I went to visit the newest addition to the Huff family and it felt like forever ago that we were celebrating Ruby's arrival.

Anyway, Miss Ruby at 5 months is:

• Rolling belly to back and back to tummy. Earlier, I heard her crying while I was in the kitchen. She rolled and was stuck on her back. Which brings me to my next point...
• She isn't a fan of being on her back. She tolerates it, but would prefer her back.
• Has started eating cereal, sweet potatoes, sweet peas, carrots, apples, pears and bananas. Not a fan of green beans, most of those ended up on my face and shirt ((twice)).
• Drinking milk about every 2-3 hours. This depends on if I am around of if it's from a bottle. If I am around, it's more often, if I am not, it's less.
• Has a bottom tooth trying to works its way above the gums, which has put a wrench in her good sleeping habits. I am one tired mama these days.
• Are you ready for this? 16 lbs 1 oz. and 26 inches long. 75% for both height and weight. I looked into Reyna's baby books and she was this size @ 9 months.
• Still loves her thumb. It's adorable.
• Reaches for everything. I have to be careful what I have in my hands, because she will try to get whatever it is.
• Coo's, laughs and smiles all.the.time. This chic is rarely in a foul mood.
• Has acquired many nicknames...Cub, Roobis a doobis a doo, RoooooBeeeee, Chunky Monkey..there are more, this is just to name a few.
• Is so intrigued with Reyna. Smiles whenever she sees her.
• Has a very calm demeanor. I think she is going to be more of an introvert. She isn't a fan of loud noises or a bunch of people. She likes smaller crowds. She is like her mama.

Isn't she getting soo big?
