Random-ness

It has kind of been a long week around our house. Jade had a couple extra things going this week, which was fine, but it definitely wore me out tackling bed time solo.

Last weekend, we drove to a campground where our good friends, Stacey & Brad, were staying for the weekend. The girls had a blast, especially Reyna. I love the pictures of Reyna & Ruby with their Uncle Brad. I know I have said it before, but he is so good with the girls.

Reyna wanted to "climb a tree."

After a jaunt down to the lake, she had some pretty dir-tay kickers. She spotted me washing my hands with a jug of water, so she took it upon herself to wash her shoes. It was so funny watching her try to balance and hike her leg up as high as the table. A for effort, right?

Ruby looks slightly out of it, but I wanted to take a picture of her on the Dora scooter. She loves this thing. It's funny to watch her ride it as Reyna zooms her around the house. I just hold my breath the whole time.

Reyna has been taking pictures with my camera. I thought this was a really good picture. Of course, it's the love of her life that she is taking a picture of.

Both the girls have been refusing to nap this week. Miss Ruby thinks that one nap a day for an 1 1/2 was going to cut it, but I had a talk with her. She must have listened because her peepers have been closed since 11:45 and it is now 2:30. Finally. I forgot how much I could actually get accomplished during nap time.

Jade is pouring concrete at my dad's office today, so I am taking the girls over there. Reyna is so anxious to see the cement truck. Of course, there will be pictures to come.
