Menu Plan Monday

Last week was another week where we didn't eat what was planned a couple nights. I was okay with that because one night it was Chinese at our favorite places celebrating Emilie's birthday. The other night was leftovers for Jade, Reyna & Roobs, while I snuck out for a few hours to celebrate a very close friends birthday.

Monday:Italian sausages with french fries. It is Reyna's birthday and this is what she requested. Well, let me clarify. She requested hot dogs, but Jade bought brats instead, which she totally loves too.

Tuesday:Roast in the crockpot with potatos and carrots. This was a meal that supposed to happen last week. It's perfect for a Tuesday meal.

Wednesday:Salmon, steamed carrots & white rice. This was another last week meal.

Thursday:Breakfast! Reyna loves having breakfast for din din. She thinks it's funny.

Friday:Beach bar tomato soup..not the healthiest, but oh so yummy.

Maria asked me how I make our BBQ chicken sandwiches. Shredded chicken+my crockpot+Sweet baby Ray's. Nothing fancy, but easy & yummy.

I also add brown sugar to my bbq chicken sandwiches.

We love breakfast for dinner too! I don't do it nearly as often as I should - it's so easy!
