She is going to be 2 before we know it.

Not only is she full of smiles, she is full of spunk with lots of sass.

I love that we are at this age because R&R now play, carry on convo (well, Reyna does most the talking and Roobs does the best she can) and act sisterly like.

As you can see, she likes sticking out her tongue at Reyna and blows spit bubbles when she is made @ Reyna. I told you she was full of sass.

Ruby went in for her checkup on Monday and she is weighing 22.8 lbs (25%) and is 33' inches (75%). Luckily, this was a no shot appointment, but she cried almost the entire time because she did not care for where we were.

I never want to forget how when we tell her, "I love you" she will answer us back with an "e u too." 

She loves making all of her animal sounds for us....cow,sheep,horse,pig(the cutest), dog,cat,fish,bird. Ruby is definitely going to the child kicking and screaming while I carry her to the car this summer when we leave the park or come in from outside. She loves to be outdoors. She loves doing everything Reyna does...for instance, she would rather sit at the table and eat w/out a booster and DEFINITELY w/out her tray. I fight her on this because she makes a mess and I would rather her sit in her booster pulled up to the table. She still loves, loves, loves her blankies(bebes) and thumb. They make any frown turn upside down. She is still in love with our pug, Bobo and is still very much a mama's girl.

I was looking forward to taking her to one of our local playplaces this week, but of course, she isn't feeling the greatest. She has had a bad cough and congestion. Isn't that always the way? Luckily, our playdate (with Aunt Kristin!!!!) was/is rescheduled and it's definitely something to look forward to.

Anyway...happy 18 months Miss Ruby. We will be celebrating #2 before you know it!
