A ((yummy)) Award

Ashley over at Little (Mrs.) Sunshine gave my blog an award! I feel so honored. :)

In order to accept and pass along this lovely award, I must share a picture and list three things I love about myself. I would say a lot more positive than yesterdays post, wouldn't you agree??!! :)

1.)I love to cook and I am pretty good at it. When Jade and I first got married, I had no clue how to cook. I didn't care to learn either. Jade is a great cook, so he did most of the cooking. As time went on, I started trying out recipes here and there and eventually started to enjoy it. I still leave the weekend breakfast making to him.

2.)I love gardening,flowers and our birds outside. NEVER in a million years would I have thought this would have been something on my list of things I enjoy, but it is. In the Spring/Summer, gardening and tending to our pond is my hobby and we have all become avid bird watchers. I feel pretty proud telling you that Reyna can tell the difference between a downy woodpecker & a hairy woodpecker among many others. We are also looking forward to our veggie garden this year, as well.
3.)Family is Numero Uno. This is the way I was raised. Family functions, birthdays, dinners and get togethers, my family is first. I am so thankful for those reunions we had, the car trips to visit family because it is now something we are instilling in the girls.
