Menu Plan Monday

I am not sure how this happened, but Jade and I have been cookin' fools. Once in a while, Jade makes a grocery run on a Saturday morning and brings home lots of yummy stuff to eat. Well, it happened this past weekend.

Due to my amazing husband cooking all weekend, I will not have to plan a menu this week! I might have to throw something simple together towards the end of the week or prepare a side dish, but that is all. All of the cooking that was done this weekend, you would have thought we were preparing food for an army.

I am excited to focus on Easter morning foods. I would like to start scanning a few of my favorite food blogs for a yummy breakfast caserole that is ready the night before and just needs to be baked Easter morning.
