I bought a marker board to help me remember what I am making for dinner. Jade loves glancing at it because then there are no surprises. The only thing I cannot stand is that I am a leftie and my writing looks like chicken scratch to prevent me from smudging my writing off with my hand. Boo. :( Oh, well.
Monday:Beef stroganoff, salad. We ended up making fried zucchini with last nights din din, too. They were soooo good.
Tuesday:Whole roasted chicken, butternut squash and potatoes.
Wednesday:Leftover chicken, wedge salad and zucchini.
Thursday:Enchiladas and sopa.
Friday:Leftovers/dinner out.

All of our veggies are from our garden this week and all of the meat I am using in this week's meal prep is hormone free. I did not plan it this way, it just happened. I am pretty happy. :)

Now that I am a working Mom I really need to start this menu idea. It's been really hard to think of what to make every night. UGH.

Great menu, I am super jealous of your garden. Zucchini is my favorite veggie!
I'll be over on Thursday. I am a crappy meal planner and my grocery bill reflects that.
Fried zucchini is a favorite here as well! (And I scored the same message board this week at Target!)
I sit down on Sunday evenings and make out the grocery list and the menu for the week. I tell Brian if he doesn't like whats on the menu eat a big lunch!
