Reyna's birthday weekend.

I knew that I didn't want to have a ton of people at our house this year for Reynas birthday. That is what we have always done and I wanted to do something different this year. Every single year, I get all crazy the day before a party: the house isn't clean enough, there won't be enough food, we won't have enough to drink or enough variety. I get cranky and filled with anxiety. At least I admit my problem, right????

We ended up taking her to an indoor waterpark about an hour away from our house. It was the perfect size for the girls' age. Plus, it was close enough where our immediate family joined us  for dinner and presents the first night. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take pictures while the girls were swimming. Jade & I were in the water with them the entire time. Boo. :( Oh, well. We had so much fun. We were able to swim Saturday all day and Sunday.

Love this picture. Can we say silly?! :)

Taken at dinner...post swimming, no make-up, hair up kind of look. :)

Reyna was so excited to open presents and so was Roobs.
You can stop growing anytime now, little lady.

Nana & Papa got her a robe.

Ruby cleaning up her cupcake mess. No evening would be complete w/out one of the girls making some sort of mess.

It was such a fun weekend. We arrived at the waterpark around noon, had fun and went swimming all afternoon until everyone showed up. Bobby & Kaitlyn went swimming with us until it was time for dinner. We decided on Applebee's. It was about the only place we could get in with such a large party. Afterwards, we went back to our hotel and had cupcakes and opened presents. The girls had so much fun spending the night at the hotel. I was slightly nervous since Ruby is a pretty light sleeper, but they were both so good and slept like rocks. In fact, we all did. Sunday morning, we woke up, went out to breakfast, packed up our stuffed, checked out and swam some more.

Ruby keeps asking how many more sleeps until the waterpark. Jade told her tonight if she wanted to go for her birthday, that is what we could/would do.
