Monday:It has turned chilly here, but we are grillin'. I think Jade is bringing home a pork loin. I am steaming fresh brussel sprouts (the girls LOVE them) and making red skins on the grill.
Tuesday:Enchiladas. It's Jade's birthday!!!!! :) I am also taking these cupcakes to Reyna's class to celebrate Spring.
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Shaved asparagus pizza + salad. I am so excited to try this. I have never made it, so I will let you know how it is. :)
Friday: Fish fry. Happy Lent :)))))

That's cool that you are making cupcakes to bring to Reyna's school.... but aren't homemade treats banned in Michigan? I am wondering because they have been banned in MN for at least 20 years. I guess I assumed that law was in effect everywhere??!!
