Rain, rain and more rain.

I cannot believe the amount of rain we have had in the past two days. It was a dreary kind of weekend.

Reyna was at my parents last night. Jade and I were able to sleep in a little this morning. We headed over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast with friends of ours. Afterwards, we picked up Reyna. Originally, we were going to pick her up and head home, but we decided to stay, give her a nap and just chill. I told Jade I wanted to not worry about anything at the house today. For many reasons, none of it seemed to matter today. I was happy to just have a low-key family day.

Yesterday, I met my mom & Emilie at the mall where we had lunch and shopped. I found Reyna some cute brown shoes. I didn't really have a change to look for myself, but I did manage to sneak over to Kohl's the other day to find these and these (light grey, not black). Gotta love the good buys @ Kohl's.

Well, I had so much more to write, but I feel as if I am just at a loss for words right now. I guess I will say, please keep the Barczak family in your thoughts and prayers as they are suffering a great loss right now.
