I have been meaning to post, but our internet has been slooooowww and it has been ticking me off every time I sit down and get on the net. Sometimes, I have zero patience.
We took Reyna to Flavor Fruit Farms last Saturday. I
am not sure if she had more fun riding a pony for the first time, petting baby pigs or eating dougnuts and cider. Every time we do something fun with her (zoo, cider mill and stuff like this), it makes me realize how much older she is getting.
We used to take her to do things just to go more for our benefit than hers, but now she enjoys them more than us. This morning when I got Reyna out of bed, she noticed her Minnie ears sitting on her bookshelf. I gave them to her and she put them on and it got me thinking how much fun she would have at Disney if we took her now. It hasn't even been a year since we were there and she has changed so much during this time. My baby isn't a baby anymore. It makes me sad.
Anyway.......our week has been pretty low key. Of course, I couldn't get thru my Monday without cursing that it was Monday several times, burning my panini, getting up late and having a less than stellar day. Thank God Monday is over. Tonight, we are heading to Jade's parents for dinner. It is their 30th wedding anniversary. Doesn't thirty years sound like such a long time?! I feel very lucky we have two sets of parents who have been married to one another for this long of time.

I was going to email you......I was at a get together this past weekend and there was a little girl there that looked just like Reyna! I wish I had a picture to show you!

My parents hit 30 years last year, it's amazing! See my post, yes, our babies are getting so old! I love doing things like that and seeing it all through their eyes, it is so much more fun than without them. I just love how the little things are so exciting to them.
We are going to Disney in Feb. and I can't wait to see it all through their eyes. Bennett won't be too excited, but the girls will love it!

Go on-line...Disney is offering free admission on birthdays in 2009. It might be worth checking out!
