A recipe is needed.

If anyone has a quick and easy recipe for pork chops, would you mind sending it my way? I have pork chops thawed for dinner and I am missing a key ingredient in the marinade I normally would use.

Thank you so much.

I always bread our porkchops by sticking them in a bowl of whipped up eggs and dip them in a bowl of flour. Then I fry them in a pan with pepper and then serve them with minute rice (because it is easy) but instead of making it with water I use beef broth and then a can of corn. The best way to eat it is to cut up the pork chop and mix it all together. YUM!

I have had it since I was a kid and love it!

Get a recipe for scalloped potatoes and put the pork chops in the oven with the potatoes. Season the chops with salt and pepper first. I use the Betty Crocker recipe for scalloped potatoes. It tastes really good this way. Can I have your marinade recipe you use. I'm always looking for new ways to make pork chops. Thanks:)

I just put them in a pan with about a tablespoon or so of olive oil and sprinkle with lawrey's seasoning salt and salt and pepper.
