Yesterday, we celebrated Grandma's birthday. We clapped because there was cake involved, enjoyed lots of lovin' from Uncle Bob.
We pretended to sleep with Auntie Em. (Even though mama was wishin' that there was real sleepin' going on.)
We snuggied with Papa in his favorite chair.
There was lots of hugs and quality time with Aunt Emie. The "Rubies" spent lots of time smiling,laughing and sharing kisses that were oh' so cute.
There was lots of twirlilng around with our pretty dresses on. :)
There was a whole lotta grillin' going on. With delicious food, I should add. Props to Chef dad and his new grill.
There was delicious carrot cake and homemade chocolate cake from Aunt Sherry and Uncle Rick. Ruby decided to take a test taste after grandma blew out her candle.There was tired Reyna bug faces and faces filled with evidence that she played in the sandbox with her cousin, Alayna.
There was faces filled with anticipation for a bite of delicious cake.
And faces that said, "mmmm...cake."
There were pretty girls in pretty dresses that gave gorgeous smiles when asked to do so. It was a great day. :)

Awww...I love all the pics. That one of the "Rubies" is too cute. Thanks for the email...its been a hard weekend...but we are trying to cheer each other up and get through it!
