I let Ruby go to town on a bowl of oatmeal. She actually did quite well. It took her forever to eat it, but I had fun watching her. Reyna kept saying, "mama, Ruby isn't using her spoon the right way." It was actually driving Reyna nuts. She is such a control freak like her mama. I made oatmeal again this morning and gave Ruby some. She didn't do as well. In fact, my sparkling clean floors are not so squeaky clean. The bowl fell on the floor and dumped all over.
How else is she going to learn, right?

Aww, she is so cute! Even if she is covered in oatmeal. My twins STILL can't eat it without making a huge mess!
Looks like Roobs had a goood time and that she LOVES her oatmeal. Sorry she made such a mess though, on your birthday no less.
I was just thinking today about when I should let Brady learn with a spoon. I wasn't sure when they get that coordination down. She looks like she's doing pretty good! Youll have to record a video! :)
