Mealtime-a day late.

A little late posting our eats for the week, but I still thought I would share.

Monday-Beef tip & noodles with mixed veggies on the side. This is always a hit with the girls. It was also a din din requested by Jade. :)

Tuesday-Asian bbq lettuce wraps with rice. If you have not tried these, they are a must. I think I am going to make a double batch tonight, so we have extras in the fridge.

Wednesday-Sausage w/ beans served over either rice or noodles. My aunt gave me this recipe to use. I don't really know the correct name for it, but it is very good and a hit with the girls. I am not home and the recipe is not with me, so I will share later.

Thursday-Beach bar tomato soup w/ grilled cheese sandwiches. This will be our meatless/crockpot/very fattening meal this week.

Friday-Probably leftovers or I might even whip up breakfast again. Last week we had belgium waffles + sausage links for dinner. Reyna loved it! In her own words, "Mama, breakfast dinner is silly and yummy."

Sounds great! I love tomato soup and grilled cheese days :) I do stray from the vegetarian aspect of it though when I do homemade tomato soup, I include crispy thick cut bacon broken up and sprinkled on top.
