Friday Night Leftovers
- It is in the 30's here and the girls are running around the house in their bathing suit. How do kids stay so warm? I want to know their secret because I am drinking coffee, wearing sweats+sweatshirt+slippers and socks.
- I have felt defeated this week. My job as a stay at home has been exhausting. I am not going to lie.
- Having my grandparents here is so nice. Maybe I can strike it rich and buy them a condo for the summertime here in Michigan? A girl can dream, right?
- Yesterday, I helped in Reyna's class. It was fun to watch her interact with her peers. She was very well behaved. I felt very proud to call her my daughter.
- It was a takeout kind of night. There was no cooking for this mama.
- My attempt to pick up leaves today was a failure. I am pretty sure I stared at the leaves praying they would blow in our neighbors longer than I actually raked. Jade is so much better at that kind of stuff.
- My bedroom and dining room are going to get a makeover. I am exploring colors, ideas and other fun things!

I haven't touched my leaves either and they do the pick up on our street on Monday. To make matters worse, my kiddos and the neighbor kids dragged most of the leaves on the street into my front yard almost a month ago to make a giant pile. It seemed fun to let them at the time...
It sure feels so much colder this year for some reason. But Maggie will run around with hardly any clothes also. No jacket outside, I don't get here.
