Feeling better.

Okay, I'm better now. :)

I have been @ work since 12:30, had myself a little cry and some cappuccino and I am ready to head home to be with my little lady.

We are putting up our tree tonight and the rest of the decor around the house. That will be fun. Oh, did I mention dinner is already ready??? That's even better. I put together a homemade pot pie before I left this morning. All I will need to do is throw it in the oven.

I think this time of the year is just a stressful one. I am {hoping} it's not just me. I need to remember to take deep breaths and just relax.

Tell me, how do you de-stress yourself around this time of year? Do you even get stressed or does it not bother you at all?

Glad you're feeling a little better. It will be nice having dinner all ready for you. Im sure things will get better when you aren't working TWO jobs. Just take some deep breaths, and think about the good things. Get outside and get some fresh air. Love you les!

It is a stressful time of year..so much to do so little time to do it. I can get a little frazzled from time to time, I at times to to just stop and take a deep breath and everything does work out in the end!

It is a stressful time of year. And you are not alone. It takes a lot of practice and some years under your belt to learn to just chill, but it can be done.

I say experience, because eventually, something is not going to get done and you'll realize that it wasn't the end of life as you know it. And you'll have that memory for the next time you're confronted with the same or a similar situation.

It just takes time to experience things. In the meantime . . . a locked door with a good book helps me.

yes! this is the most stressful time of year! you are not alone.

what helps me de-stress? not much. cleaning, drinking diet coke, and hugging my little dude help, but aren't cures. i break out when i stress out as well, so that's always SO nice around the holiday season. GAH!

Stress? I'm not stressed. I'm at a place beyond stressed I like to call it Frantic Frenzy.

I read blogs. Get pedicures. Find a nice pit of sand to stick my head in while I ignore the VERY long to do list.

Alone, my dear, you are not.

Your not alone, except my stress is not contained to this time of year. Just when I cross one thing off my to do list, two more are added. I have come to accept that is the way life is and to not let it consume me. Glad your feeling better though. Nothing like a cappuccino and cry :)
